Usually , we accept sea / air shipment by  FOB/CFR/CIF shenzhen , or Hongkong .

We can accept OEM / Wholesale order , if OEM order , we can keep the delivery to our clients in one month ; if wholesales order ,  usually we prepare hot - sale goods in stock , and can make fast delivery to our clients .

When the goods are ready for shipment , our clients can use their designated forwarder , or we help our clients find the forwarder in our local side

Products warranty

All the goods are covered by 2 year ( 24 monthes ) quality warranty after the receipt . If defective items , pls contact our after-sales service department at support@sznemo.com  with  details of the problem, and to get a Returned Authorization Number (RMA) before returning the items back to us for repair , or replacement
