1 Q: No power supply
A: Check whether the fuse of the power supply is melt; replace a fuse with appropriate capacity if necessary.
2 Q: Mass TFT display or ineffective key pressing
A: Press the RESET button once
3 Q: Can’t receive radio signals
A: Check whether the antenna is connected or whether proper; connect the antenna properly.
4 Q: Radio signal is weak
A: The antenna length may be not proper; check whether the antenna protrudes completely or broken; please replace a new antenna if it is broken.
The radio signal is too weak: the antenna has bad contact; please check whether the antenna is connected to the earth wire properly
5 Q: No image
A: The video cable to TV from the master unit isn’t connected properly.
6 Q: The earphone has noise in background mode
A:The receiving effect will be affected if any object blocks the infrared transmitter or infrared receiving earphone.
7 Q: Image flicker
A: The color system setting isn’t correct; set the color system to “PAL” or “NTSC” according to the connected TV set.
8 Q: Touch keys in wrong positions
A: In general setting interface, click the “TOUCH CHECK” icon and the system enters coordinate interface; click the center of the “+” with the round head tool; the “+” goes to next spot when the X/Y coordinates appear, and so on; after calibrating five spots, it displays “OK” (display “ERR OK” if not successful). After three seconds, the system returns to general setting interface and then press “ENTER” to return.
